FOR ALL OF SOUTH TEXAS SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING...

.A strong weather system will move into the area this weekend.
Chances for freezing precipitation increase especially Sunday
night and Monday. The primary precipitation type will be freezing
rain as very cold, shallow air moves into the region overnight.
Rain changes to freezing rain from west to east as temperatures
drop to freezing and continue to drop. Ice accumulation up to a
tenth of an inch are possible. Sleet or a few snow flakes could
mix in with freezing rain at times north of a line from Refugio
to Encinal. Precipitation should decrease late Monday morning
into the afternoon. Wind chill values will drop as low 0 degrees
north to 15 south.

  of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of 
  an inch possible. Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. For the 
  Wind Chill Watch, dangerously cold wind chills possible. Wind 
  chills as low as zero.

* WHERE...Portions of south Texas.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST today. For 
  the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday
