Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when
encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this morning
to 23.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight to 9.5 feet and begin rising again
early Monday afternoon. It will rise to 9.6 feet Monday evening.
It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding of crops and
