.Very dry air and moderate to strong northwesterly winds will
develop behind a cold front Thursday morning. These winds,
combined with very low relative humidity and dry fuels, will result
in critical fire weather conditions for portions of South Texas, 
beginning mid Thursday morning and continuing through late Thursday
afternoon.
