* At 1145 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near North Kingsville, or near Conneaut, moving
  southeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 1155 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles southwest of Albion, or 11 miles southeast of
Conneaut, moving southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
