The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  the Huron River Near Milan.
* Until this evening.
* At 4:30 AM EST Thursday the stage was 17.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  morning to a crest of 18.6 feet late this morning. It will then 
  fall below flood stage late this afternoon. Ice is also present 
  and flowing in the river. Any minor ice jam will impact the 
  expected water levels.
* Impact...At 18.0 feet, Flooding occurs in lying areas along the 
  river from Milan to Franklin Flats.
* Impact...At 19.5 feet, Flood waters over a foot deep in Franklin 
  Flats. Huron River Valley Campground inundated.
