* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Richland County in north central Ohio...

* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 555 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by training thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Mansfield and Ontario.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR CENTRAL RICHLAND COUNTY HAS BEEN REPLACED 
WITH A FLOOD ADVISORY...

Flooding across the Mansfield area continues this evening, but 
primarily in known flood-prone areas, including US Route 42, east of 
the city and Ohio State Route 13, north of the city. With rain 
ending across the area, flooding will continue to improve across the 
region and for now have replaced the Flash Flood Warning with a 
Flood Advisory.
