  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

FOR MEDINA COUNTY...

At 1112 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across 
the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Several 
road closures have been reported throughout the county due to flash 
flooding, including a washed out culvert on US 224 west of 
Homerville.
