At 307 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Fish River Lake, or 13 miles west of Portage, moving southwest at 15 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this storm. Locations impacted include... Portage Lake, Fish River Lake, Big Machias Lake, Russel Crossing and Nashville Plantation.
