* At 1015 AM EDT, Local law enforcement reported heavy rain across 
  the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. 
  The expected rainfall rate is 1 inch in 1 hour. Additional 
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. 
  Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. County 
  Woods Road in Newport and Main Road South in Hampden are starting 
  to experience flooding.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
