In central South Carolina, Aiken, Bamberg, Barnwell, Calhoun, Chesterfield, Clarendon, Edgefield, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, McCormick, Newberry, Northern Lancaster, Orangeburg, Richland, Saluda, Southern Lancaster and Sumter. * From 1 AM EST Thursday through Friday morning * Showers and scattered thunderstorms will move into the region Thursday morning brining heavy rain and the potential for flash flooding. Additional rounds of heavy rain are possible later in the day and overnight.
