* At 510 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to 
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin 
  shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have 
  fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Lancaster, Camden, Springdale, Lake Wateree Dam, Kershaw, Elgin, 
  Heath Springs, Liberty Hill, Westville, Lake Wateree State Park, 
  Longtown, Irwin, USC Lancaster, Buford, Lugoff, Goodale State 
  Park, Ridgeway, Lake Wateree near Highway 97, Pleasant Hill and
