...LAKE EFFECT SNOW EAST OF LAKE ERIE THIS EVENING...

Bands of lake effect snow showers will continue across the western 
Southern Tier east of Lake Erie this evening. There will be a few 
brief bursts of heavy snow in a few of the snow showers, which will 
combine with gusty winds to produce greatly reduced visibility at 
times.

Temperatures are falling into the upper 20s to lower 30s across 
higher terrain, which will result in snow covered and slippery 
roads. 

Locations impacted include...
Jamestown, Olean, Salamanca, Wellsville, Alfred, Lakewood, Gowanda, 
Falconer, Ashford, Allegany, Franklinville, Mayville, Clymer, 
Belfast, Cuba and Rushford.

This includes the following highways... 
 Interstate 86 between exits 4 and 33.
