...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of north central
Jefferson County through 445 PM EDT...

At 416 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Redwood, or 11 miles northwest of Fort Drum,
moving north at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kring Point State Park, Redwood, Alexandria Bay, Theresa, Plessis,
Muskellunge Lake and La Fargeville.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 49 and 50, and near exit
