...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern
Jefferson and northeastern Oswego Counties through 445 AM EDT...

At 349 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Henderson Harbor to near Sandy Island Beach
State Park. Movement was east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
