...HEAVY RAIN EARLY THIS MORNING...
An area of heavy rain from slow moving thunderstorms produced over 2
inches of rain overnight from near Adams and Adams Center eastward
across the western slopes of the Tug Hill Plateau.
Excessive runoff from this rain will result in minor flooding of
small streams and poor drainage areas. Expect rises on area creeks,
such as Sandy Creek and South Sandy Creek and their tributaries.
