...A LINE OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN ERIE AND
SOUTHWESTERN NIAGARA COUNTIES...

At 804 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Niagara Falls to near Lancaster.
Movement was east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Buffalo, Cheektowaga, West Seneca, North Tonawanda, Clarence,
Lackawanna, Kenmore, Depew, Tonawanda, Amherst, Lancaster,
Williamsville, Grand Island, Elma, Pendleton, Marilla, Akron, Erie
Basin Marina, Small Boat Harbor and Alden.

This includes Interstate 90 between exits 55 and 49.
 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may 
cause localized flooding. Rainfall amounts in excess of an inch will 
be possible in under an hours time. Do not drive your vehicle 
through flooded roadways.

and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
