...Moderate to Heavy Rain Overnight...
At 245 AM EDT, a large area of moderate to occasionally heavy rain
over the Eastern Lake Ontario was pushing northeast at 30 mph. The
heaviest rain was found south of the Tug Hill at 245 AM, but this
will push across the remainder of the region through 4 AM. The rain
may be accompanied by a rumble of thunder from time to time.
Most areas will receive a half inch of rain, but amounts as high as
an inch will be possible near the Tug Hill plateau and across
southern Lewis county.

Watertown, Oswego, Fulton, Fort Drum, Sandy Island Beach State Park,
Stony Point, Carthage, Lowville, Pulaski, West Carthage, Clayton,
Central Square, Adams, Dexter, Redfield, Glen Park, Herrings, Kring
Point State Park, Highmarket and Mexico Point State Park.
This includes Interstate 81 between exits 32 and 52.
Moderately heavy rainfall is also occurring, and may cause localized
