...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CENTRAL LIVINGSTON AND WESTERN
ONTARIO COUNTIES...
At 407 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Conesus
and moving northeast at 25 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.
Locations impacted include...
Conesus, Bristol, Bloomfield, Honeoye, Hemlock, East Bloomfield,
Groveland, Canadice, Livonia, Bristol Mountain and Holcomb.
This includes Interstate 390 between exits 6 and 7.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
