...AN AREA OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL AFFECT NORTH CENTRAL ERIE AND
SOUTHWESTERN NIAGARA COUNTIES...

At 458 PM EDT, a line of strong thunderstorms were clustered near 
Niagara Falls, moving east at 15 mph. Torrential rainfall is 
occurring with this line of storms, and may cause localized 
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
