...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHERN NIAGARA AND
NORTHWESTERN ORLEANS COUNTIES...

At 1109 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located just west of 
Youngstown, or 10 miles north of Niagara Falls, moving east at 45 
mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Newfane, Lewiston, Youngstown, Waterport, Fort Niagara State Park,
Lakeside Beach State Park, Ridgeway, Wilson, Lyndonville, Barker,
Olcott, Ransomville, Model City and Appleton.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
