CATTARAUGUS...SOUTHERN LIVINGSTON...SOUTHERN CHAUTAUQUA...ALLEGANY
AND SOUTHERN ONTARIO COUNTIES...

At 430 PM EST, an area of briefly heavy snow showers was located 
from the western Finger Lakes to the western Southern Tier, moving 
southeast at 40 mph.

Wind gusts near 40 mph combined with a few brief bursts of heavy 
snow will greatly reduce visibility at at times. Most roads will 
remain just wet, although a few slick spots are possible in the 
heaviest snow showers, especially across higher terrain.

This includes Interstate 86 from Jamestown to Angelica.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be 
prepared for greatly reduced visibility at times. Slow down and 
allow extra time when traveling.
