...A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL AFFECT CENTRAL OSWEGO COUNTY...

At 450 AM EST, A band of lake effect snow producing snow fall rates 
up to 1 inch per hour was located from Oswego and Parish to Pulaski. 
This band of snow will remain nearly stationary through daybreak.

Locations impacted include...
Oswego, Pulaski, Selkirk Shores State Park, Nine Mile Point, Mexico
Point State Park, Hastings, Scriba, New Haven, Mexico, Parish,
Altmar, Howardville and Fruit Valley.

 This includes Interstate 81 between exits 33 and 35.
 
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
