...A BAND OF LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL AFFECT NORTHWESTERN LIVINGSTON...
SOUTHWESTERN ORLEANS AND GENESEE COUNTIES...

At 600 AM EST, a narrow band of lake effect snow producing snow fall 
rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour will extend roughly from Medina to 
Batavia to Le Roy early this morning. This band will remain nearly 
stationary through daybreak, and then will weaken and move southward 
this morning.

Locations impacted include...
Batavia, Geneseo, Medina, Le Roy, Avon, Byron, Caledonia, Oakfield,
Shelby, York, Stafford, Alabama, Elba and Millville.

This includes Interstate 90 between exits 48 and 47.
 
Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be 
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra 
time when traveling.
