* At 556 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 13 miles northwest
  of Salamanca, moving southwest at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
