LIVINGSTON, MONROE, ONTARIO AND WAYNE COUNTIES...

At 1147 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated an area of heavy rainfall 
across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.75 inches of rain have 
fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Rochester, Greece, Irondequoit, Chili, Geneva, Canandaigua, 
  Geneseo, East Rochester, Hilton, Webster, Fairport, Dansville, 
  Brighton, Gates-North Gates, Letchworth State Park, Ontario, 
  Henrietta, Penfield, Newark and Williamson.

Heavy rain will continue in the Rochester metro area through around 
100 AM EDT, with an additional half inch of rain expected. This will 
cause ponding of water on roadways, and flooding along some small 
creeks and streams. This also will cause flooding along Irondequoit 
Creek which may impact Ellison Park and Powder Mills Park. Flooding 
may also impact areas along Allen Creek, including Corbett's Glen 
Park.

flooded and closed in both directions where it crosses Irondequoit 
Creek.
