Franklin, southeastern St. Lawrence and western Essex Counties
through 115 AM EDT...
At 1229 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Tupper Lake, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Heavy rainfall up to 2 inches.
