...HEAVY RAINFALL AND LOCALIZED FLOODING...

At 1102 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking an area of showers with 
heavy rainfall across northeast Massachusetts. Rainfall rates up to 
0.50 inch per hour will result in ponding on roadways and localized 
minor street flooding through midnight.
