...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING...

At 836 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Exeter, or 7 miles west of North Kingstown, moving east at 35 mph.

Pea size hail will accompany this storm along with frequent 
lightning.

Locations impacted include...
Warwick, South Kingstown, North Kingstown, Narragansett, East
Greenwich, Hopkinton, Charlestown, Richmond, Exeter and West
Greenwich.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Get indoors when this storm approaches. Winds may be strong enough to
produce minor damage, such as a few downed branches.
