Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive 
cars through flooded areas.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

  the Shawsheen River Undef Andover.
* From this afternoon until further notice.
* At 11:30 AM EDT Monday the stage was 29.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will rise to 29.1 feet this afternoon. It 
  will then fall below flood stage this afternoon to 27.9 feet and 
  begin rising again tomorrow morning. It will rise to 28.4 feet 
  Wednesday evening. It will then fall again and remain below flood 
  stage.
* Impact...At 29.0 feet, Floodwaters encroach on very lowest lying 
  business parking lots off of Route 114 in Lawrence and North 
  Andover that are adjacent to the Shawsheen River.
