Flood Warning for the following rivers in Massachusetts...Rhode 
Island...

  Blackstone River At Northbridge affecting Worcester County.

  Blackstone River At Woonsocket affecting Providence and Worcester 
  Counties.

.Heavy rainfall from earlier today continued to runoff into the 
Blackstone River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the 
dangers of flooding.

* At 8:46 PM EDT Friday the stage was 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  this evening to a crest of 9.1 feet just after midnight tonight. 
  It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Flooding of low lying areas along the river 
  bank is likely between Northbridge and the Rhode Island and 
  Massachusetts border.

* From late tonight to tomorrow evening.
* At 8:45 PM EDT Friday the stage was 7.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late 
  tonight to a crest of 9.2 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall 
  below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Flooding may begin to affect the lower 
  parking area to the Albion Mill Apartments. Lower lying 
  residential areas along the Rhode Island and Massachusetts line, 
  including the lower level of the River Island Condominiums in 
  Woonsocket, may begin to experience flooding. Businesses along the 
  river should take the necessary actions to protect property.
