* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending 
  at 5:30 AM EDT Monday was 13.8 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late 
  this morning and continue falling to 7.2 feet Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At 13.5 feet, Businesses in low lying sections along the 
  river through Westfield should take action to protect materials 
  that are in flood prone areas at stages around 13.50 feet. 
  Localized flooding in the Frogs Hole area is expected.
