While the rains from Tropical Storm Elsa have exited southern New England, this system produced 1.5 to 4 inches of rain. Flood Warnings are in effect for much of the region. Please continue to heed any road closures, and stay away from river banks. During this evening and tonight, scattered showers and a few thunderstorms may cross the area.
