At 225 PM MDT, Emergency Management reported 1 to 2 inches of water 
was running over Highway 14 between mile markers 87 and 89.

Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms continued producing heavy rain 
across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. 
The storms are nearly stationary. Additional rainfall amounts of 2 
to 2.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is 
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.
