The National Weather Service in Boise has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from 2 PM this afternoon to 8 PM PDT
this evening. 

* WINDS...Sustained winds around 20 MPH with gusts of 25 to 35 
  MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...5 to 10 percent.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
