  Southwestern Blount County in central Alabama...
  Northeastern Jefferson County in central Alabama...

* Until 400 PM CDT.
    
* At 257 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Cardiff, or 7 miles northwest of Gardendale,
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Gardendale, Dallas, Warrior, Kimberly, Morris, Locust Fork,
  Trafford, Hayden, Nectar, County Line, Inland Lake, Holly Springs,

was located over Trafford, or 11 miles north of Gardendale, moving
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.
