Warning for the following rivers in Alabama...

  Black Warrior River At Oliver Lock and Dam affecting Greene, 
  Hale and Tuscaloosa Counties.

.Heavy rainfall of 3 to 5 inches inches has occurred over the past 
couple of days over the Black Warrior River basin and a flood 
warning is now in effect for the Black Warrior River at Oliver Lock 
and Dam.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood 
deaths occur in vehicles.

Another statement will be issued by Thursday morning, or sooner if 
conditions warrant.
