.Heavy rainfall has occurred over the past 24 hours over the 
Tallapoosa River Basin basin and a flood warning is now in effect 
for the Tallapoosa River Basin at the Tallapoosa Water Plant.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
