Winds are starting to diminish across southwest North Dakota,
while relative humidity values also begin to improve. Elevated
fire danger may still continue through the evening, although
critical conditions are no longer expected. Thus the Red Flag 
Warning will be allowed to expire. Near critical fire danger may 
still be found at times this week. Those with burn plans should 
check the latest forecast, and check for any local burn bans in 
effect.
