...FREEZE WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 9 AM CDT/8 AM MDT/ THIS MORNING...

Temperatures have warmed above freezing, thus the freeze warning 
will be allowed to expire.

October 15th marks the end of the local growing season across
western and central North Dakota. Therefore, the National Weather
Service in Bismarck will no longer issue Freeze Watches and Freeze
Warnings this Fall Season. Although some area have not experienced
a hard freeze, average low temperatures across western and 
central North Dakota drop below freezing around October 15th and 
continue falling quickly through the end of the month.

We will start issuing Frost Advisories, Freeze Watches and Freeze
Warnings once again in the Spring of 2022. The local growing 
season usually begins around the first or second week of May.
