* At 759 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Burlington, or 8 miles northwest of Towanda,
  moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
