* At 1009 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are 
  possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly.

           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as

...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT SATURDAY 
FOR SOUTHWESTERN STEUBEN COUNTY...

At 1111 PM EDT, Local law enforcement reported thunderstorms 
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Route 248 was closed 
due to flooding, with several feet of water over the road south of 
Greenwood. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash 
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
