* At 630 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen in a short amount of time. Flash flooding is ongoing
or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

EVENING FOR NORTH CENTRAL BRADFORD COUNTY...
At 729 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain have moved east of the area, however light to moderate rain
continued in the warning area. Emergency management reported some
flash flooding in Sheshequin Township.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Athens, Ulster, East Smithfield, Milan, Sheshequin and Bentley
Creek.
Water runoff will continue for the next few hours leading to
additional flash flooding of small streams.
