Clouds have kept temperatures from falling off too much early this
morning, actually rising a few degrees as the clouds have moved 
in. Coupled with only light winds, resulting wind chills were 
mostly from -5 to -15. With the threat for dangerously cold wind
chills over, have cancelled the advisory.
