  extending from 12 miles west of Arcadia to 11 miles northwest of
  Orchard Beach State Park to 6 miles west of Manistee to 10 miles
  west of Eastlake, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
