* At 917 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rainfall. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. 
  Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in 
  the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring at 14th 
  Street and Veterans Drive in Traverse City.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

roadways have been reported as being under water.
