  West central Gray County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 530 PM CST.
    
* At 452 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Panhandle, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Panhandle, White Deer, Skellytown and Kingsmill.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR CENTRAL CARSON AND WEST CENTRAL GRAY
COUNTIES HAS EXPIRED...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been allowed to expire.  However small 
hail up to nickel size and gusty winds up to 55 mph are still 
possible with this thunderstorm. Therefore, a Significant Weather 
Advisory is in effect for eastern Carson and Gray Counties until 600 
PM CST.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CST for the Panhandle
of Texas.
