* At 918 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of
  Follett, or 11 miles northeast of Lipscomb, moving northeast at 40
  mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHEASTERN BEAVER...LIPSCOMB
AND NORTHEASTERN HEMPHILL COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 1000 PM CST...
                
The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property.
Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire.  However gusty 
winds up to 55 mph and heavy rain are still possible with this 
thunderstorm. Therefore, a Significant Weather Advisory is now in 
effect for southeastern Beaver, eastern Lipscomb, and northern 
Hemphill Counties until 1045 PM CST.
