The National Weather Service in Amarillo has issued a Red Flag
Warning for strong winds and low relative humidity, which is in
effect from 11 AM this morning to 6 PM CST this evening. A Red
Flag Warning has also been issued from 9 AM to 6 PM CST
Wednesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* Affected Area...In Oklahoma...Cimarron and Texas. In Texas... 
  Dallam...Sherman and Hartley.

* 20 Foot Winds...Today, southwest 15 to 25 mph with gust up to 40
  mph. Wednesday, southwest 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 70 mph.

* Relative Humidity...Today, as low as 12 percent. Wednesday, as
  low as 9 to 12 percent.

* Red Flag Threat Index...Today, values between 1 and 2 are
  expected across a majority of the Panhandles, with values of 3
  and 4 possible in the western Oklahoma Panhandle and northwest
  Texas Panhandle. Wednesday, values between 3 and 6 are expected
  across a majority of the Panhandles, with values of 7 possible 
  in the Oklahoma and northern Texas Panhandles.
