  Donley, Gray, Hemphill, Lipscomb, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, 
  Randall, Roberts and Wheeler.

* From 7 PM CDT this evening through late tonight.

* The environment is favorable for heavy rain associated with 
  thunderstorms this evening through late tonight. Some locations 
  could see 1 to 3 inches of rain which could lead to flooding or 
  flash flooding, especially if storms move over areas that have 
  seen recent heavy rains.
