  the Hudson River At Troy.
* From this afternoon to tomorrow morning.
* At 8:15 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 21.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this 
  afternoon to a crest of 21.6 feet this evening. It will then fall 
  below flood stage just after midnight tonight.
* Impact...At 21.5 feet, Minor flood stage. Water floods onto the 
  Mohawk Wharf in Village of Waterford.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.6 
  feet on 03/10/1998.
